I currently live in a 3 bedroom apartment with one of my best friends. Our other friend is moving to California and we need a third roommate to takeover his bedroom. He is moving by the end of February so move in for the apartment would be March 1. Rent is in the middle $800s. The place we live in is huge and a fairly new building literally a block from the Grove Street Path. The Path from Grove Street takes 15 minutes to midtown Manhattan (my roommate and I both commute everyday on this line) and 5 minutes to downtown (WTC). It is a ten story high rise with an elevator. The rooms are decent sized with a huge kitchen, living room, and other open areas. There is a washer and dryer right on our floor and the place is filled with modern appliances. You would be splitting a bathroom with my other roommate.

My roommate and I are clean, social, and fun people. We are looking for a roommate that will be clean, honest, and a good overall roommate.
